EXCHANGES FOR SIZING REASONS
Sizing can be tricky, and we understand. If you need exchange due to a sizing issue, please contact us immediately and we will get you in the right size. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping for exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us first.
EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCT DEFECT
In the rare case that your item has a defect, please send us a message immediately and be sure to include photos for reference. You will need to send your item back to us for an exchange within 7 days of receiving it. Shipping costs for replacing a defective item will be refunded to you. The new item sent to you will be exactly the same item and size as your original order. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us first.
Once we have received your item, your exchange will be processed and you will receive a new order tracking number when your new item is shipped.
Since all garments are custom made-to-order, we cannot refund a garment due to a change of mind.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and not washed and in the same condition you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- When contacting us about a defective item, please be sure to include photos for our reference.
- To be eligible, the item must be the wrong size, faulty or damaged. We do not issue refunds if you change your mind about the product you selected.
- For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 3 days of delivery.
SOME ITEMS ARE EXEMPT FROM BEING EXCHANGED
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is sent back to us for an exchange more than 7 days after delivery.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If you need to exchange the same item for a different size, or due to a product defect, send us an email immediately to email@example.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
